The Crescendo assistant
Ask your school anything.
Get a plain-language answer grounded in your actual school data—with the figures, rows and source reports ready to inspect.
Thursday is the clearest opportunity. Studio 2 has a 90-minute gap from 16:00, and your junior enquiry list is strongest for dance and drama.
Retention guidance
See the signals. Know the next move.
Crescendo brings attendance, payments, absences and progress into one explainable view—so your team can spot a wobble and respond with care.
Signals, not predictions. Crescendo shows the evidence; a person decides what happens next.
Weekly retention review
Three patterns worth a human check-in
A↓Attendance pattern changed3 students · last six sessions
Two recent absences follow a gradual attendance slide. No conclusion is assumed—Crescendo simply brings the pattern forward.
€Payment friction + missed class2 families · mandate action needed
A failed collection overlaps with a missed session. Your team can see both pieces before deciding whether a friendly call would help.
PProgress has gone quiet4 students · no update this term
No pathway milestone has been recorded this term. Crescendo suggests checking in with the teacher—not assuming the student is stuck.

Good questions
Before you ask.
If your question is more specific, join the pilot conversation and tell us how your school runs.
Is Crescendo only for music schools?
No. Crescendo is for performing arts schools: dance, drama, acting, musical theatre, voice, mixed academies and other teacher-led creative programmes. Music is one discipline the platform can support—not the category it is limited to.
What can the assistant actually do?
It answers read-only questions about your Crescendo data: money, attendance, cancellations, capacity, leads, payroll, progress and performance participation. It can return plain-language answers and compact reports. It does not autonomously message families or change records.
Does Crescendo “predict” which students will leave?
No. The retention experience in development surfaces explainable signals—such as attendance changes, payment friction or a quiet progress pathway—so a person can review the context. It is guidance, not a verdict.
What does the pilot include?
The pilot is a close working relationship: we map how your school runs, shape setup around your real workflows and learn from how your team uses Crescendo. Request a free trial to discuss fit, timing and readiness.
The next move
